DMCA And Copyright Policy

Viral Creator Coaching Inc., operating as Viral Creator ("Viral Creator," "we," "us"), respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the people who use our websites, trainings, and communities to do the same. This page explains how to report copyrighted material that you believe is being used without permission, and how to respond if your own material was removed.

1. Before You File

A copyright notice is a sworn statement. Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing can expose you to civil and, in some cases, criminal liability. Before you file, please confirm that you own the work or are authorized to act for the owner, that the use is not licensed or otherwise permitted, and that a qualified person has reviewed the notice.

2. How To Submit A Takedown Notice

Send your notice to our designated agent listed below. To be valid, it must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature, or that of the person authorized to act for the copyright owner
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
3. Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to find it, such as the exact URL
4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf

3. What We Do With A Valid Notice

When we receive a complete notice, we remove or disable access to the material, notify the person who posted it, and give them a copy of the notice. We do not decide who is right. We follow the process.

4. Counter-Notices

If material you posted was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same designated agent. It must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal
3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice

After we receive a valid counter-notice, we forward it to the original complainant. Unless they tell us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action, we may restore the material within 10 to 14 business days.

6. Repeat Infringers

We may end the access of anyone who repeatedly infringes the rights of others, and we may restrict or end access for any infringement at our discretion.

7. Rights Holders Outside The United States

If your claim arises under the copyright law of another country, including the Copyright Act of Canada, you may use the same process. Please identify the law you are relying on.

8. Abuse Of This Process

False or bad-faith notices and counter-notices can create liability for the person who sends them. We may ignore future notices from senders who abuse the process, and we may share any notice with the affected party.

9. Our Own Content

Our course materials, trainings, videos, prompts, templates, text, and graphics are the property of Viral Creator Coaching Inc. or its licensors. Buying a program gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use them. Copying, sharing, reselling, or redistributing them is prohibited, and we pursue it.
