Compliance Statement
Viral Creator Coaching Inc., operating as Viral Creator ("Viral Creator," "we," "us"), is an online education company incorporated in Ontario, Canada. We sell training on building and running faceless Instagram pages that sell digital products. This Statement describes the standards we hold ourselves to when we advertise, sell, and deliver our programs. It is published for transparency. It is not legal advice and it does not create contractual rights.
1. Laws And Rules We Align To
Our customers come from many countries, so we aim to meet the strictest standard that applies to each customer. Depending on where you live, that includes:
- Canada: the Competition Act (misleading advertising), Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), and the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy law
- United States: Section 5 of the FTC Act, the FTC Endorsement Guides, the FTC Business Opportunity Rule (our offers are structured as education, not a business opportunity), the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM, the Restore Online Shoppers' Confidence Act (ROSCA), and state consumer protection and privacy laws
- EU and UK: the GDPR and UK GDPR, and distance-selling rules, to the extent they apply
- Platform policies: the advertising policies of Google Ads and YouTube, Meta's advertising standards, and the community guidelines of Instagram
2. Truthful Advertising And Earnings Claims
We do not guarantee income or results, and we do not allow our team, presenters, or partners to do so. We do not describe any result as typical, easy, fast, or guaranteed. When we reference a result, we state that results are not typical, we link to our Earnings Disclosure, and we keep the record behind the figure on file. Third-party figures used in our advertising are listed with their sources on our Sources page. Hypothetical examples are labeled as such.
3. Testimonials And Endorsements
Testimonials we publish come from real students, in their own words, used with their permission. They are accompanied by a results-not-typical disclosure. Where a student has a material connection to us, for example as a coach, team member, or affiliate, or received anything of value for the testimonial, we disclose it. We remove a testimonial when the student asks.
4. Free Trainings And Webinars
Our registration pages say what the training is, that it is free, that an optional paid program will be presented near the end, and that sessions may be live or recorded. They link to this Statement, our Earnings Disclosure, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy. Countdowns on our registration pages show the actual start time of the next session.
5. Email And Text Messages
We send text messages only to people who gave express consent, and we keep a record of that consent. Every text includes a way to stop, and every email includes a working unsubscribe link and identifies us as the sender. We honor opt-outs promptly. Canadian recipients are handled under CASL, and EU and UK recipients under the GDPR and UK GDPR.
6. Sales Calls And Consultations
Calls happen only when you book them. If a call is recorded, we say so at the start. Our team may not make income claims, may not pressure anyone to buy, and must honor a request to stop being contacted.
7. Checkout And Billing
The price, any payment plan schedule, and the guarantee are shown on the checkout page before you pay. Payments are processed by a third-party processor. We do not add recurring charges you did not agree to. Any subscription states its price and renewal terms before you accept it and can be cancelled by emailing us.
8. Refunds
Refund terms are shown on each checkout page and in our Refund Policy. We honor the terms in effect at the time of purchase and any consumer rights you have under the law where you live that cannot be waived.
9. Privacy And Data Protection
How we collect, use, and share personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. We honor verified requests to access, correct, or delete personal information, and requests to opt out of the sharing of information for advertising, which you can make on our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page.
10. Intellectual Property
We respect the intellectual property of others and respond to copyright notices under the process on our DMCA page. We also protect our own materials, and we pursue unauthorized copying, sharing, or resale of our programs.
11. Affiliates And Partners
Anyone who promotes our programs on our behalf must agree in writing to follow applicable law and the standards in this Statement, including no income guarantees, truthful claims, and clear disclosure of their relationship with us. We monitor our partners and end relationships that fall short.
12. Records
We keep consent records, opt-out records, testimonial permissions, and the records behind the figures we use in advertising, so we can substantiate what we say and honor what you asked for.
13. Age Restriction
Our programs and marketing are intended only for people who are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where they live. If we learn that a registrant or buyer is under that age, we close the account and delete their personal information.
14. Reporting A Concern
If you believe anything we do falls short of this Statement or the law, email support@startathemepage.com with the subject line "Compliance", or write to Viral Creator Coaching Inc., Attention: Compliance, 155 Commerce Valley Dr E, Thornhill ON L3T 7T2, Canada. We review every report.
