These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, free trainings, and paid programs offered by Viral Creator Coaching Inc. ("Viral Creator," "Company," "we," "us"), including startafacelesspage.com, viralcreator.ai, and facelessigpages.com (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing the Services, registering for a training, or purchasing a program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be of legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services or make a purchase. By using the Services you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. The Services
The Services include free educational webinars and paid training programs relating to building and monetizing social media pages. All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
3. No Earnings Guarantee
Earnings and income representations made by Viral Creator, its websites, presenters, and advertisers/sponsors are aspirational statements only of your earnings potential. Testimonials and examples used are exceptional, non-typical results and are not a guarantee that you or others will achieve the same results. Individual results will always vary and depend entirely on your individual capacity, work ethic, business skills and experience, level of motivation, diligence in applying the programs, the economy, the normal and unforeseen risks of doing business, and other factors. We do not guarantee any income, results, or success, and you accept the risk that results differ by individual.
4. Not Professional Advice
Nothing in the Services constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice. Consult qualified professionals before making business or financial decisions.
5. Payments and Refunds
Prices for paid programs are stated at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors, and your purchase may also be subject to their terms. Any money-back guarantee or refund policy applicable to a program is the one stated on the checkout page at the time of your purchase, and refund requests must be made within the stated window by emailing support@startafacelesspage.com.
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, trainings, videos, scripts, checklists, text, graphics, and other content are the intellectual property of Viral Creator Coaching Inc. or its licensors and are protected by copyright. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access purchased materials for your own use. Any duplication, reproduction, resale, sharing of login credentials, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to access other users' accounts or data, interfering with the operation of the Services, scraping content, or using the Services for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for how you apply the training, including compliance with the terms of any third-party platform (such as Instagram) and all applicable laws.

Testimonials appearing on the Services reflect the real experiences of the individuals shown. They are individual results, are not typical, and are not a promise of your results.
9. Third-Party Services
The Services rely on third-party providers (including webinar hosting, email and SMS delivery, and payment processing). We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or availability of third-party services.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viral Creator Coaching Inc. and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Viral Creator Coaching Inc. from claims arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
