This Privacy Policy explains how Viral Creator Coaching Inc. ("Viral Creator," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our websites, including startafacelesspage.com, viralcreator.ai, and facelessigpages.com, register for our trainings, or purchase our programs (the "Services").
1. Information We Collect
- Information you provide: name, email address, and phone number when you register for a training; purchase information when you buy a program (payments are handled by our payment processor — we do not store your full card details).
- Attendance and engagement data: whether you attended a training, how long you watched, and links you clicked, collected through our webinar and email/SMS platforms.
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, and referral source, collected via cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.
- Attribution data: campaign parameters (such as UTM tags and ad click identifiers) associated with your visit, used to understand which advertising brought you to us.
2. How We Use Information
- To deliver the Services: registering you for trainings, sending your join link, providing access to purchased programs.
- To send reminders and updates about trainings you registered for, by email and, where you provided a phone number, by text message.
- To send marketing communications about our programs, which you can opt out of at any time.
- To measure and improve our advertising, websites, and trainings.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
3. Text Messages
By providing your phone number and submitting a registration form, you consent to receive automated reminder and marketing text messages from us at that number. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not opt you out of emails, and vice versa.
4. Email Communications
Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. We honor unsubscribe requests promptly in accordance with applicable anti-spam laws, including Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and the CAN-SPAM Act.
5. Cookies and Advertising Pixels
We use cookies and tracking pixels (including from advertising platforms such as Meta and analytics/attribution providers) to operate the Services, remember your registration, measure ad performance, and show you relevant advertising on other platforms. You can limit tracking through your browser settings and through the ad preference tools offered by those platforms.
6. How We Share Information
We share information with service providers who process it on our behalf: webinar hosting, email and SMS delivery, payment processing, analytics, and advertising platforms. These providers are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law, or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or sale. We do not sell your personal information.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 9).
8. Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may withdraw consent to marketing at any time. To make a request, email support@startafacelesspage.com and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe. If you are in a jurisdiction with specific privacy rights (such as Canada, the EU/UK, or certain U.S. states), we will honor the rights available to you under those laws.
10. Children
The Services are not directed to anyone under the age of majority, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. International Transfers
We are located in Canada and our service providers may process information in Canada, the United States, and other countries. By using the Services you understand your information may be processed outside your jurisdiction.
